QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
· BSN required. Nursing Master’s degree is preferred
· Oklahoma RN licensure required
· Five years of experience in public health, clinical care, quality assurance, risk management or related experience
· One year supervisory experience required
· Valid Oklahoma driver license required
· Certified in CPR
