Policy
All advertising is subject to the approval of the publisher. Ad copy must be delivered to Oklahoma’s Nursing Times within the deadlines established to ensure publication. The number to advertising inches (or size) must be stated in writing on the copy or on an accompanying order form. Verbal or telephone orders will be taken at the risk of the advertiser. Publisher reserves the right to revise or reject any advertising deemed objectionable. All advertising is subject to federal, state and local laws. In case or error or omission, the publisher will not be liable for more than the cost of the space occupied by the advertisement. Position requests will be honored when possible but cannot be guaranteed. All insertions are subject to the conditions herein.
Terms of Payment
Advertisers will be billed immediately after publication for advertisement ordered. Payment in full is due upon receipt of invoice. Unpaid balances will be subject to 5% service charge per month after 30 days. Political advertising must be prepaid. Advertising placed by an advertising agency is the responsibility of that agency unless specific written instructions place payment responsibility with the agency’s client.
