INTEGRIS Health announced today that three of its entities received Excellence Awards from Press Ganey, the national leader in health care consumer and workforce engagement.
INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Baptist received the Pinnacle of Excellence Award for Patient Experience for maintaining consistently high levels of excellence over consecutive years at metro clinics.
Both INTEGRIS Health Lakeside Women’s Hospital and Mitchell West, M.D., earned the Guardian of Excellence Award for Patient Experience for reaching the 95th percentile for each reporting period for the award year.
