A minimum of MSN degree is required with at least 2 years of current full-time registered nursing experience. Instructors must have a current unencumbered Oklahoma RN license, be computer literate, and have excellent communication skills. Nursing instructors are responsible for creating an innovative dynamic learning environment in all settings, assessing student learning, and maintaining weekly office hours to provide student advisement and success counseling.
