You complete initial assessments of the member&#8217;s needs, including nursing assessments, admission paperwork, and task sheets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ADVANTAGE REGISTERED NURSE RN<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An RN license in the state of Oklahoma and one year of previous nursing experience (registered nurse)<\/li>\n<li>CPR certification within 60 days of hire<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver&#8217;s license and a good driving record<\/li>\n<li>Reliable transportation and proof of insurance<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel long distances and handle frequent schedule changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Home health, or ADvantage experience is preferred.
