We are seeking a full-time, regional Supervising Registered Nurse to provide support to our exceptional clients and caregivers. In this role, you will help to onboard new clients and create dynamic, personalized care plans to fit their in-home needs, as well as continuing to support existing clients as their care level transitions.     Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Perform initial in-home evaluations of potential clients, assess client needs, and develop \/ document client plan of care.<\/li>\n
    • Conduct regular on-site supervisory visits of Comfort Keeper caregivers.<\/li>\n
    • Meet client needs through regular reevaluations and assessment of client care plans.<\/li>\n
    • Support the business and grow revenue by engaging in community events and external business promotion<\/li>\n
    • Create and implement training programs for caregivers to address skills improvement, customer service needs, and overall professional development.<\/li>\n
    • Participate in caregiver orientation, including skills training and assessment.<\/li>\n
    • Serve on quality assurance team to review current policies \/ practices, make suggestions on improvement plans, and ensure compliance with state \/ federal guidelines.<\/li>\n
    • Serve in on-call rotation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Minimum of two years\u2019 experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least one year in the provision of long-term care facility services in a nursing facility or skilled nursing facility.<\/li>\n
      • Experience in teaching adults or supervising nurse aides a plus.<\/li>\n
      • Unencumbered and active Oklahoma RN License.<\/li>\n
      • CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.<\/li>\n
      • Valid Oklahoma driver\u2019s license and up to date car insurance in your name.<\/li>\n
      • Access to reliable transportation and willingness to drive within the Oklahoma City metro area, as well as travelling to satellite offices in Enid \/ Duncan as needed.<\/li>\n
      • Must be comfortable with end-of-life care with hospice care experience a plus.<\/li>\n
      • Dependable, responsible, nurturing, and caring attitude with a genuine desire and willingness to help others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
